Job Opportunity

As a Senior Labour Relations Officer, you will be responsible for negotiating and implementing collective agreements, advising management on labour relations strategies, and representing the department in dispute resolutions. Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 6/7) in Human Resources Management, Labour Law, or a related field
  • Experience: 2–3 years in Labour Relations
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Other: Valid South African driver’s license
