Key Responsibilities

  • Build lasting client relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth financial needs analyses and recommend Old Mutual’s trusted products.
  • Become accredited in Old Mutual Personal Financial Advice products to service your segment customers.
  • Maintain compliance with FAIS regulations and keep CPD points up to date.
  • Stay informed of changes in economic, political, and regulatory environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
  • 18 months of financial services experience (e.g., sales, client service, or advisory roles).
  • Regulatory Examination (RE5) completed or in progress and CPD.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
  • Clear criminal and credit record.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and analytical skills.
  • A passion for helping clients and confidence to consult and influence.
