The Western Cape Government is seeking a registered Industrial Psychologist to lead organizational development initiatives and enhance workplace performance across government departments.
Job Opportunity
In this full-time role, you will design strategies to improve organizational behavior, conduct psychometric assessments, develop leadership programs, and manage transversal organizational development projects.

Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology
- HPCSA registration as an Industrial Psychologist (mandatory)
- 3+ years post-registration experience
- Valid Code B driver’s license (advantageous)
